Editing and publishing process

Any manuscripts followed the journal’s scope and author guideline will be assigned to the managing editors. All manuscripts have undergone editorial screening and anonymous double-blind peer-review by the at least one independent expert in the field. After that, the edited manuscripts will undergo the following steps of the editing and publication process:

1. Editing: The Editor-in-Chief assigns the Editor to edit the manuscripts such as spelling proofreading, which lasts 7 days (the entire manuscripts of the Journal). The main editor edits articles in general, and organizes articles into particular categories.

2. Prepress: The edited manuscript is transferred to the prepress staff, and the layout is arranged according to the regulations of the Journal. The process takes 7 to 10 days.

3. Article approval: The editorial board (or standing committee) reviews, classifies and approves edited articles before submitting them to the Editorial Director for approval. It takes 4 to 6 days for the Editorial Director to make final decisions. Then the editorial staff sends the articles to the authors for proofreading. The author's proofreading time is 1 to 2 days.

4. Draft review and print approval: Editors and editorial staff review the content and layout of the articles for 1 to 2 days. The main editor edits and reviews the overall content and form of the articles for 1 to 2 days. The prepress staff will correct errors on the edited version, and the time to fix errors is 1 to 2 days. The time for the Editorial Director to approve printing is 2-4 days.

5. Printing, depositing and issuing.
