THEORETICAL ISSUES ON DIGITAL HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the 13th Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation states that science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation are the three pillars for creating breakthroughs and the main driving forces to "propel the country towards rapid development and prosperity in the new era". It particularly emphasizes digital transformation and high technology, especially digital technology. However, the speed and breakthrough in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation remain slow, and the achieved results do not fully reflect the existing potential and advantages. This article aims to clarify theoretical issues regarding digital transformation and digital human resources, thereby enhancing awareness and renewing the mindset of all stakeholders within the political system regarding digital transformation and the development of digital human resources to meet the requirements of digital transformation in line with the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

THE CURRENT IMPACT OF CUSTOMARY LAW ON GENDER EQUALITY IN ETHNIC MINORITY AREAS OF HA GIANG PROVINCE

Abstract

Gender equality is one of the fundamental human rights, and the empowerment of women serves as a key indicator of a society’s level of development and progress in democracy. In Vietnam, in recent years, the perspectives and policies of the Party and the State on gender equality have been continuously improved and effectively implemented, leading to a comprehensive transformation in awareness and behavior regarding the protection of women's equal rights with men in economic, political, cultural, and social aspects, both within families and in the broader community. As a particularly disadvantaged border province, Hà Giang has always paid special attention to gender equality efforts. However, many outdated customs and traditions continue to affect gender equality in ethnic minority communities. In response, Hà Giang has been implementing various policies and decisive measures to promote the positive values of customary law while preventing its negative impacts on gender equality. This article examines the current impact of customary law on gender equality in ethnic minority areas of Hà Giang province. Based on this analysis, it discusses key issues in applying customary law to gender equality, aiming to enhance its role in promoting gender equality in the region.

PRELIMINARY TESTING OF THE BIOLOGICAL AND IMMUNE-STIMULATING EFFECTS OF PIDOTIMOD MADE IN VIETNAM ON LABORATORY ANIMALS

Abstract

Research on the Immunostimulatory Biological Effects of Pidotimod Produced in Vietnam on Experimental Animals. The research team evaluated several biological effects of the preparation on experimental animals. The testing methods were conducted according to standard procedural guidelines and biological clearance assessment methods. The obtained results include: Assessment of the effects of Pidotimod on certain biological processes, such as weight gain in mice, relative reduction in spleen weight, relative increase in thymus weight, and increase in white blood cell count. Notably, the study assessed the immunostimulatory effects on specific organs and immune system cells, including macrophage function in the mononuclear phagocyte system. Additionally, the study proposed the mechanism of action of Pidotimod in immune recovery and regulation when mice were immunosuppressed by CY.
