POLICIES SUPPORTING GREEN INNOVATION ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

Currently, Vietnam has numerous policies supporting businesses in innovation and green growth. The policy tools supporting green innovation enterprises include both supply-side and demand-side approaches. The supply-side focuses on providing direct financial and technical support for green innovation activities, as well as building technical infrastructure. The demand-side focuses on establishing environmental, climate, and green consumption standards, facilitating the market for green innovation products and services. In practice, the implementation of these support policies has yielded certain results in green innovation for businesses. However, the coordination of these support policies has not been very tight, and the effectiveness of the policies remains low. In the future, policies supporting green innovation enterprises need to approach both the supply and demand sides, with a particular emphasis on supply-side support for the input costs of businesses.

ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CLINICAL TESTS IN DIAGNOSIS AND USE OF NEW BIOLOGICAL MEDICINES TO TREAT COMMON PSORIASIS AT CENTRAL DERMATOLOGY HOSPITAL

Abstract

A study analyzing the relationship between paraclinical tests in diagnosis and selection of new biological drugs for the treatment of common psoriasis at the Central Dermatology Hospital. Study has shown that: Determining and analyzing liver enzyme tests, kidney function and blood triglycerides play an important role in monitoring, detecting and stopping or changing traditional systemic drugs. Complete blood count and blood biochemistry tests provide important information for drug selection and assessment of the condition before treatment. Screening tests for tuberculosis, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV are performed fully before using biological drugs. Blood test results reflect 50-100% of treatment effectiveness, and are also the basis for changing to a new treatment direction with biological drugs. QuantiFERON-TB test in groups with negative results is the basis for not needing tuberculosis treatment before using biological drugs. The rate of testing with neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes between the group of patients using Secukinumab and the other 2 groups, has a significant difference (p<0.05). This result is also the basis for prioritizing the use of Secukinumab when patients have hematological abnormalities. Furthermore, when it is determined that patients with psoriasis vulgaris have high liver enzymes compared to the general group (p<0.05), biological drug treatment will be selected but Adalimumab should not be used.
