STATE POWER CONTROL WHEN EXPROPRIATING LAND FOLLOWING THE DRAFT OF LAW ON LAND 2022

Abstract

Currently, the National Assembly is collecting opinions from relevant organizations and individuals to finalize the draft and prepare to promulgate the revised 2022 Law of Land. In this article, the author analyzes and clarifies the issue of state power control when expropriating land in Vietnam. From there, the author proposes solutions to further improve the land law when amending the new land law, ensuring the legitimate rights and balancing the interests of the state, businesses and people for the next time.
